Exceptional

Im very happy with Trunk Club. I contacted them and received a message shortly after from my stylist setting up a time to chat that was convenient for me. We went over my style, what I was looking for in my wardrobe, and what key items I needed. I also filled out a questionnaire that helped identify my price point and what my expectations were. When I received my first trunk, it was like Christmas. Even though you get to preview whats in your trunk ahead of time, just seeing the clothes in person and trying them on is such a wonderful experience. If youre busy and travel often, or you just need help with making your wardrobe stand out, I recommend this service highly. For those people who have a stylist thats unresponsive, just call trunk clubs customer service and get a new stylist. :)

Good service but bad app

My stylish, Kristen, is very fast and pick some good choices for me. Itll take a couple of tries before a stylish can know exactly what you want because they need to learn from the history, so complaining for having unsuitable items on first or second try is unreasonable. However, the app crashes all the time to the point that I cant even open it anymore. Tried to download it again but still doesnt open.

Horrible service

I LOVE Nordstrom. So whe I heard of TC I thought it was a great idea. So I gave it a shot. My first stylist was awesome. He spent time talking to me thru the app and on the phone. He left the company and I got a new stylist. Since she took over that was the last time I heard from here. She sends out automated messages and never responds. Dont waste your time with this service.

Complete waste

I waited 5 days for Jenny to contact me. Messaged her twice... Called "customer service" still nothing... Deactivated my account. Thanks for nothing

Wont let me send items back

I cant submit my feedback like I usually can, which is unfortunate since this has been my favorite trunk yet and I feel like I cant communicate. How am I supposed to tell my stylist what sizes I want? This is frustrating.

Insanely expensive

Belts START at $250 Slacks START at $400. Shirts START at $160. Men over 6-2" need not download the app. They do not carry anything for "tall" men. I didnt really consider myself tall. Men who can afford their prices need NBA salaries; however, they dont offer tall sizes. If I could afford $400 slacks, Id hire a personal assistant rather than use an app. Only my opinion. Dont waste your time with this. I do want to add that the lady who called me was very nice, polite and apologetic, especially that they dont offer sizes that fit men over 6, but for insanely rich and somewhat short men, this may be worth it. Ill never know as I would never pay $1200 for 3 pairs of slacks. Not even if I was wealthy.

Trunk Club is the best.

Trunk Club stylists are professional and have expanded the style and colors I wear. Friends, family, coworkers and strangers have complimented my clothing. Trunk Club has upgraded my look!

Great app, problematic design issues

This review is for the app and not as much of the service. I think overall the app is an awesome concept and adds to the experience of the Trunk Club service. However there are a few major flaws for the user that mightve been missed. One being that while I love the ability to see style pairing suggestions from my stylist, why is it that of there are more than 4 items she suggests per look, the preview shows only 3 of the items then a "+2" in the 4th space, and there is no way to expand or see the entire list when I tap it? Also I dont know why on the app I can view my trunk & style pairing suggestions (which is great) but on the web version of my account I cant review whats been sent or see any style pairing suggestions. Consistency and user testing is a part of quality check - developers / designers please fix this for the user asap. Without these issues Id give it a 5/5

Lack of options

Hope you dont get a snippy stylist. Lack of options to edit the trunk.

Good but a few bad things

The app is nice but very glitchy. It kept closing and saying I couldnt delete items which wAs annoying. I have an iPhone. I love that you can chat with your stylist and tell her no thank you or yes girl you got my style. I just dont like the app closing and being glitchy.

Trunk club is cool but really expensive

Its a nice service but paying full retail for clothes from Nordstrom is silly

Amazing service!!!

I saw a recommendation on Facebook for Trunk Club and decided to try it out. Im so glad I did! I dont have a lot of time to go to stores and shop and I find it overwhelming when I do. My stylist did an excellent job! I recommend trying everything on even if you arent sure by the pictures online. I ended up buying pieces that I probably wouldnt have thought of or even picked out had I seen them in a store. The stylists definitely know what theyre doing and they listen! Trunk Club makes it all so easy! When I went to return the trunk, I realized I didnt have packing tape. I looked in the packet that came with the trunk and saw they even sent tape strips!!! They literally thought of everything. I scheduled a return through the app and they picked the trunk up the next day. Highly recommend this service!

App Needs Work

The service is nice and convenient but the app needs work. What does the +2 mean in the outfit suggestions? Is that supposed to expand? Because it doesnt. Ill leave it at there for now.

The app itself is a good medium between you and the stylist, but it is still super buggy. App crashes after every ViewDidLoad instance. Check your Delegate!!!

Crashing and crashing

This app worked the first few time I used it, but now it just crashes and crashes. Tried an update; tried a reinstall. I ended up deleting it in favor of the website.

Cant even get a response!

The first day I downloaded the app I received a link asking if I had 5 min for a conversation. I had just broken my ankle so I didnt. Its been a week now and I just tried contacting them to no avail. No one will message me or call me back. Poor poor customer service. Too bad because I was looking forward to trying them out!

Pricing doesnt sync anymore

In the older version, after 2 days the price used to be in sync with Nordstrom pricing. Now that had stop. Bring back that feature
