Trunk Club App Reviews

So far the team at trunk is professional, and eager to be of service. I cant wait for my trunk. Jessie is my stylist!! She emails me in a timely matter and I have full confidence This will be a great relationship. The app is easy to use, however I am still a little confused with just clicking on the "type" of trunk. Other than that I am already spreading the word

The first thing I saw when I opened the app was "Your trunk is on its way!" Ouch. I love Trunk Clubs service, but my first impression of the app is that it was built by amateurs. Maybe it will still prove useful. Ill update my review if this proves true.

I just updated the version and when you click on "wardrobe" the app crashes.

I love how my stylist has basically become the app. Front and center. Really easy to use, I feel like if I ever need anything I can just ask her right in the message thread. Awesome!

New version crashes big time

I very much dislike that I cant request a trunk right from the app anymore. That makes this much harder. I dont want to have to message my stylist every time I want to order a trunk. By taking away this feature youve made the service more inconvenient.

An error message appears when trying to upload photos to "Wardrobe". Please fix.

Cant review my pieces because the app still crashes with the new updates

The new update did not fix anything and the app is still crashing when reviewing a trunk. Thus, rendering the app useless. Please send out another update.

I can now click on some of the items in my trunk and see the outfit suggestions but clicking on some of the pieces of clothing still cause the app to crash and quit every time.

Viewing wardrobe or trunk review and feedback crashes the app. The current version is unusable.

App crashes all the time after latest update. Today, wont even start. Fix it!!!

Update is a disaster - app is not usable in its current form. Frustrating experience trying to review my latest trunk. Fix it!

I like the company but the app is lacking. I wish I could see more clothing options or at the least the brands they carry. I also wish I could view passed trunks. The new set up is annoying and less than ideal to navigate.

I havent received any replies from my designer. Very few options given.

Love the service but there are socks that are lost to the laundry gremlins. Id love to be able to reorder the same socks or, better yet, remove those items from my wardrobe on the app since I no longer have them.

There are so many things I love about this app. I can message my stylist anytime and she answers. I love that I can preview my trunks before they ship and remove items I know I do not want. My favorite thing about this app is that I can schedule the pick up right there. It is so convenient! I do wish I could see more clothing options. Overall love this app and service!
