This app is not very good & not easy to use, not to mention the items theyre selling are ridiculously priced. Not recommended.

I am not in love with Trunk Club. After months of Stitchfix I tried this service from hearing other bloggers reviews. Im not impressed. The app works wonderful but they dont have the same level of matching your personal style and taste as Stitchfix did. Things did not fit as well and a lot of items were just not my style even though I shared links of items I loved. Very pricey merchandise at $158.00 shoes, $198.00 blouse, and $189.00 jeans as a few examples.

Nothing Trunk Club offers is unique. They simply assign a stylist to you that packages items you can already get at their parent company Nordstrom and send them to you expecting you to pay full retail prices if you keep them. I imagine this service would be good for people that have a hard time putting together outfits, or dont have the time or a local Nordstrom, but for me they offered nothing I hadnt already seen and at prices I could easily beat.

Guys your app just locks up my whole phone until I lock phone. Then I can hard quit it.

This app runs great on my iPhone 6. I have not realized any shortcomings. Easy to navigate. I love the wardrobe section with outfit suggestions. My girl @ TC is pretty great also.

If you could rate half a star, thats what I would give it. The app looks great but they are horrible with service. Still waiting on a call, email or text from my "so called" stylist. Ive had my stylist changed and still barely any contact from the new one. Feel it may be a race thing since my profile picture is up. Must get better. --really disappointed BLACK person.

I absolutely despise shopping. The selection and service have been amazing.

New to trunk club. Excited to try the app. It wont let me log in even though I know its the right username and pw. Help please!

I signed up and it took two days for my assigned stylist to switch me over to a different stylist who is now taking forever to reply.

my personal shopper Megan never responded. I waited a couple days and thought it was maybe bc I had just made the account . weeks later still not response . very disappointed

I cant seem to login... I cant sign up..I cant login... I cant use "forget password"... Looks like trunk club doesnt want me as their customer.

I never got a reply from my personal stylist and there was barely anything to chose from. Terrible and needs a lot of work.

My personal stylist never responded. I waited for months and sent multiple messages, still waiting for my response. Im so upset I thought that it was going to be the best thing but I guess I was wrong.

App needs improvement in the selection displayed. They should also consider adding a read message so I will know when my stylist reads my messages. I signed up on the 4/13 and my stylist Michelle never responded. Barely got an email today apologizing for the lack of service. Disappointed so far. Will update review if there is any change in customer service.

I dont understand all the negative reviews! My stylist Michelle responded almost immediately when I expressed interest. Within less than 24 hours I messaged back and forth with Michelle, spoke to her on the phone and was able to view my very first trunk! A few days later my trunk arrived. How exciting it was to open in and see all the beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories!!! I would recommend this service and the App to anyone who is serious about updating their wardrobe but it limited on the amount of time they can spend shopping at the mall.

I downloaded this app because I was curious how it works and thought the concept was a good one. However, Ive been pestered continuously by the "stylist" ever since who feels the need to constantly call and leave voicemails and email me. Its annoying and quite frankly doesnt even make me want to go forward with checking out the app.

The app is very clean and similar to the simplicity of its web counterpart. What I like the most is the fact that I can view whats in my trunk after Ive approved it and its in the process of being shipped to me. Also, it shows suggested outfits for each item based on other items in my trunk. Theres also a "Wardrobe" section where items I keep can be added and it looks like I can add my own items as well. Im hoping these outfit suggestions in future trunks expand to include items already in my wardrobe. Will certainly be recommending this service to friends and colleagues alike.
